Academic and Executive Skills Coaching (Paul)
The ability to be successful in any area in life requires executive skills. We call them “executive” skills, not because they are shared by CEOs, but because they are skills required to execute ANY action or decision or to establish and achieve ANY goal.
We know children struggle with some of these fundamental skills when they start being associated with harmful labels like lazy, unmotivated, unfocused, and disruptive.
Guided by the concept of neuroplasticity - an individual’s ability to rewire the brain and gain new habits and capabilities - Paul works to resolve not just immediate problems like missing assignments, lack of focus, and disruptive behavior, but to establish a skill-based foundation that becomes a bedrock of a rich and fulfilling life.
We hope to see better grades and better behavior as soon as possible, but our ultimate goal is that your children feel more capable, more dynamic, and more in control of their futures. With improved skills and new understanding, hardships can give way to a life full of adventure and promise.
